We are in the office Monday through Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm.
Our office does not close for lunch.

Appointments

If you are a new patient, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete registration paperwork. You may also download and complete our forms in advance and bring them with you when you come for your appointment.

Please bring all insurance cards and a list of your current medications.

If you have had a CT scan, PET scan, or chest x-ray, you will need to bring those studies with you to your appointment. Your studies can be obtained from the facility where you had the test performed, usually on a CD disc. Faxed or mailed reports are not sufficient.

Dr. Buckman will be unable to offer an opinion regarding your medical condition without having the opportunity to review the actual radiology studies.
